GMAR - A Premium Facilitator of Networking Opportunities
GMAR aims to be the premium facilitator of networking opportunities between REALTORS® and organizations that are in the business of supporting their operation. By connecting these parties through GMAR events, both online and offline exposure through sponsorship, we are the conduit by which strategic partners develop strong and enduring relationships with REALTORS® and their clients. The day-to-day business of a REALTOR® is one of perseverance and entrepreneurialism. GMAR Strategic Partners help REALTORS® to serve their clients and customers better.
How Do I Become a Strategic Partner?
Complete our simple application but first, get a taste of what we offer from one of our many Strategic Partner levels. You can join for as little as $150 for the first year; then, you'll be required to upgrade to a minimum of Bronze Sponsorship or higher to remain a Strategic Partner.

General sponsorship levels run each year from October 1st through September 30th
*Events included: Annual membership meeting and Gives Back party
^Not included in your annual sponsorship package. Welcoming students during registration before classes with a 5-minute presentation costs an additional $75, which provides a candy buffet for the classroom (Greeter Program).
